1949 Cadillac Resto Mod Convertible
Vicari Auction, October 10
Now here is a very cool looking 1949 Cadillac Resto Mod convertible that rides and arrives in style. The outside appearance looks almost stock with a few modifications. The rear fenders look as if they have been tubbed, however I think they are stock.
How low can you go with its Shock Wave air ride suspension? The stance on this car is just perfect for cruising around town or on the highway in style. To get where you want to go should not be a problem with its LS engine and 4L60E automatic transmission. Drop the top and turn up the AC to be really cool!
The red leather interior with power seat is just too much comfort for this ride. Yeah sure! Top up or down that is a good question, as this ride looks cool either way. The engine bay is all dressed up and ready to play, which includes, March pulley system, power steering and brakes, aluminum radiator, and custom made engine cover.
Decades ago you could recognize a car at night simply be looking at the shape and location of its lights. Every model was unique and special. These days you need to drive up to see the logo because most cars look so bland.
