1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass 4-4-2 Hardtop Coupe
This Canadian car is equipped with the highly desirable four-speed manual transmission, power steering and brakes, bucket seats, center console, factory Super Stock wheels, white vinyl roof, dual sport-type mirrors, AM radio with rear seat speaker, rear window defogger, specially painted hood and the Rocket Rally Pac. The 4-4-2 package included such things as FE2 suspension with heavy-duty front and rear stabilizer bars, hood and body stripes, special grille and identification markings. These options are pretty good when searching for a true collector car. It’s unclear if it is a real W30.
The car looks nice, however it really needs to go to the next level with some detailing under the hood, trunk, and I am sure the under carriage. As the 1970 4-4-2s have really sky rocketed in price, I’m sure this will follow up in value as these still remain rare in the muscle car arena. Invest a couple hundred hours and you just might have one of the nicest is your town.
