Dan Kruse Classics
Dan Kruse Classics auctions started in 1972, and holds around 5 auctions per year. Most of their events take place in Texas, however they have periodically expanded to other markets in the past, including Mississippi and California. Typically their auctions offer around 180 vehicles for sale.
Their last auction was held in Austin, Texas September 26-27. They featured 214 vehicles, with some top sales going to a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS ZL1 Convertible ($84,000), a 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Restomod ($73,000), a 1939 Ford Custom Coupe ($57,500), and a Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I Four Door Saloon ($56,000).
The next Kruse auction is taking place November 28-29 in Houston, TX. This event is happening along with AutoRama, a classic car show open November 25-29 in the George R. Brown Convention Center. The auction expects over 250 cars, with 99 being sold Friday, and the rest hitting the block on Saturday. Some of the highlights include a 1968 Plymouth Super Bee RestoMod Two Door Hardtop, 1964 Buick Riviera “The Cape” Two Door Hardtop, and a 1960 Chevrolet C10 Custom Pickup.
